In my research, I focused on MHD flow of blood on permeable vessel solved numerically
using ODE45 MATLAB code. The governing equations of fluid flow are non linear partial
differential equations which are converted into ordinary equations using similarity
transformations solved numerically. In my PhD study I have used different methods of solving
MHD flow numerically such as regular perturbation method, Runge-Kutta fourth order, ode 45,
ode15i and soon . Most of my work has revolved problems in bio medical engineering by
optimization and data assimilation of radiotherapy such as Doppler Ultrasound,
Echocardiography, MRI and CT scan. I am looking forward to continuing my research and work
towards Bio fluid dynamics.
