Xia Qingping (1977.11-): Communist Party of China,graduated from Harbin Commercial University in July 2002, majoring in Food Science and Engineering, and graduated from Harbin Commercial University with an MBA in 2014.
He was a lecturer at the Medical Research Center of Mudanjiang Medical College, the head of laboratory management, and the head of innovation and entrepreneurship institution for college students.He is currently working as the Deputy Director of the Department of Science and Education in Gaozhou People's Hospital.
