He holds a degree in Chemistry from the Federal University of Sergipe (2009), a master's degree in Chemistry from the Federal University of Sergipe (2011) and a PhD in Chemistry from the Institute of Chemistry of São Carlos-University of São Paulo (2015). He was a CNPQ Junior Postdoctoral Fellow at the Federal University of São Carlos, a PNPD-CAPES Postdoctoral Fellow at the Federal University of Alfenas, and a FAPESP Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of Franca. He is an adjunct professor at the Federal University of Espírito Santo, Alegre campus, in the Department of Chemistry and Physics - CCENS. He has experience in the area of Chemistry, with an emphasis on the Chemistry of Natural Products, working mainly on the following topics: Marine invertebrates, marine fungi, endophytic fungi, fungal metabolites, phytochemistry and biological activity .
